LAHORE – Taking notice of the poor condition of government-run hospitals, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif will chair a meeting on May 11, a private TV channel reported on Tuesday.
According to details, the chief minister was informed of the poor condition of the government-run hospitals across the province. He was also informed about the lack of proper medical equipment in the hospitals.
Chief Minister Shahbaz has ordered the chief secretary and members of the provincial assembly to visit the hospitals for inspection. He has also ordered the departments concerned to carefully monitor the situation.
